This stately Berkeley Craftsman home began as a basement addition and developed into a full home remodel, bringing the two existing floors of the four-bedroom, three-bathroom home to match the beauty of the new 1,200 square foot basement apartment, complete with pantry, laundry and two home offices. Upstairs, a previously unused sunroom was converted to a new bathroom, and a laundry room was carved out adjacent to the main hallway.
